Ordered a Shoei Vfx helmet, great price and 4-6 weeks delivery.
Had comms with the shop regarding this.
After putting through my order and transacting the international payment I got an email from them saying they don't have them in stock but might have them in a month.
They could not offer a similar helmet and instead offered a completely different type of helmet.
I immediately cancelled my order and got my money back.
However, I lost $20 in transaction fees and they are still offering the product online like it's available!
Long story short, asked for a discount, got a great deal. Shipping fast as f***, faster than some stores in my own country. 10/10 would buy again, probably will do so.

I bought a helmet from them. They were very interested. Their perspective is always towards customer happiness. They also have Turkish employee, and it was very comfortable for me. And the most important one, giving best price surety.

Ordered my Shoei Neotec 2 here, fast delivery and the helmet was carefully packaged with an additional outer layer.

After the below feedback and 23 days later, I am yet to get a refund that was supposedly triggered on 6th May from Champion Helmets.
My bank has not received a Credit Note from Champion Helmets. I have dropped two email to Champion Helmets about my credit note and they are yet to respond.
Really un-professional, delayed and callous attitude on their part.
I was really hoping to shop more products once I got the monies back but I doubt if I will ever go back.

It was very nice of ChampionHelmets support to call me and inform the reason for a delay in response on my order cancellation.
They were also kind to give me a quick refund and add some bonus points for my next purchase.
I hope they sort out their website to reflect the correct availability of products.
Great experience, will shop again.
